Risk related to Capture, transport and Storage of CO2 projects

Jaleh Samadi and Emmanuel Garbolino have just published a book with the editor Springer. This book examines the risks associated with CTSC projects (CO2 capture, transport and storage). A former doctoral student at CRC and the CTSC Chair of MINES ParisTech, Jaleh Samadi has developed a systemic approach for risk analysis based on the STAMP (System-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes) model developed by Professor Nancy Leveson of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Based on feedback experience from three major CTSC projects, this research has highlighted the control structures for three CTSC’s project management and the risks that may occur on such projects.
