From the 20th to the 22nd of August, at the initiative of our colleague Elie Hachem of the CEMEF of MINES ParisTech, we exchanged with Professor Charbel Farhat, Head of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University. Professor Farhat develops mathematical models, advanced computer algorithms and powerful software for the design and analysis of complex systems in aerospace, marine, mechanical and naval engineering. This was an extraordinary opportunity for CRC researchers to present their work on the contributions of AI and Data Science to risk and crisis management.
