From May 26 to 28, 2019, researchers from CRC and OIE traveled to Bucharest (Romania) to meet with researchers from the Faculty of Computer Science at Politehnica University (UPB). Exchanges of views about data sciences have outlined the framework for a long-term collaboration between our institutions. This will result in the reception of trainees, the conduct of co-supervised Ph.Ds. and joint training curriculums. This collaboration will leverage the complementary strengths of European Research Centers. The UPB is at the forefront in the natural processing of language and contributes to the development of the D language.
